Shipping and Handling

We ship world wide.

Orders placed Monday through Thursday will be shipped within 24 hours (providing the items are in stock). Orders placed on the weekend will ship the following Monday.

Shipping charges are based on the actual weight of the goods ordered. As you place your order you will see the charges and have the option to choose how you want your package to be shipped. 

All orders are shipped by USPS. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

International

The proper "Customs" form will be filled out for all International orders. We are not responsible for taxes, VAT's and Custom duties your country may impose upon you. nor can we be responsible for any delay caused from customs holding up your package. . All tariffs and local taxes in your country are the responsibility of the purchaser. You will need to check with local officials for information on what you may be required to pay.

Guarantee

All of our products come with a limited 30 day guarantee. This means that if you are dissatisfied with the product, you may return it or exchange it no questions asked. Returns and exchanges must be clean and odor-free with the original ticket. Each of our products also contain a limited guarantee against defects in workmanship or materials for the lifetime of the product. This guarantee expressly excludes natural wear and tear of an item resulting from normal use.

Vee's Victorians disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Neither Vee's Victorians, nor its affiliated or related entities, nor any person involved in the creation, production, and distribution of Vee's Victorians' web site warrant that the functions contained in the materials will be uninterrupted or error-free.
