Shipping and Handling

United States and Canada

Orders placed Monday through Thursday will be shipped within 24 hours (providing the items are in stock). Orders placed on the weekend will ship the following Monday.

Shipping charges are based on the actual weight of the goods ordered. As you place your order you will see the charges and have the option to choose how you want your package to be shipped. 

All orders are shipped by USPS or UPS Ground (2-4 days, East Coast 6 days) . Orders going to Canada - Global Priority is available and this option doesn't show on orders page. Please feel free to request this option in the comments box and I will e-mail you the actual costs for your approval. Orders above $130 may be subject to customs brokerage fees and taxes. Custom brokerage fees are not included in UPS Standard Ground Service. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

International

Due to the complexity of shipping to hundreds of different countries, and the widely varying shipping costs to different countries, the actual shipping cost will be manually calculated after we received the order. International orders will not be processed without prior approval of shipping charges. You will be notified by e-mail within 72 hours of the shipping charges. If we do not receive your approval of these charges within four days your order will be cancelled. All tariffs and local taxes in your country are the responsibility of the purchaser. You will need to check with local officials for information on what you may be required to pay.

Guarantee

All of our products come with a limited 30 day guarantee. This means that if you are dissatisfied with the product, you may return it or exchange it no questions asked. Returns and exchanges must be clean and odor-free with the original ticket. Each of our products also contain a limited guarantee against defects in workmanship or materials for the lifetime of the product. This guarantee expressly excludes natural wear and tear of an item resulting from normal use.

Vee's Victorians disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Neither Vee's Victorians, nor its affiliated or related entities, nor any person involved in the creation, production, and distribution of Vee's Victorians' web site warrant that the functions contained in the materials will be uninterrupted or error-free.
