Shipping and Handling
We ship world wide.
We make all our outfits. While many are in stock, some are made to order. We do our best to ship orders the same or next day order is placed. If you have a date that you need your order by, please include that information with your order or call/email to verify the stock status. We ship Monday through Friday.
Shipping charges are based upon USPS's actual shipping fees. We do not charge a handling fee. You will see shipping options during the checkout process, specifically on the page following "Address".
All orders are shipped by USPS. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
The proper "Customs" form will be filled out for all International orders. We are not responsible for taxes, VAT's and Custom duties your country may impose upon you, nor can we be responsible for any delay caused from customs holding up your package. . All tariffs and local taxes in your country are the responsibility of the purchaser. You will need to check with local officials for information on what you may be required to pay.
All of our products come with a limited 30 day guarantee. This means that if you are dissatisfied with the product, you may return it or exchange it no questions asked. Returns and exchanges must be clean and odor-free with the original ticket. Each of our products also contain a limited guarantee against defects in workmanship or materials for the lifetime of the product. This guarantee expressly excludes natural wear and tear of an item resulting from normal use.
Vee's Victorians disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Neither Vee's Victorians, nor its affiliated or related entities, nor any person involved in the creation, production, and distribution of Vee's Victorians' web site warrant that the functions contained in the materials will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Lost and Damaged Goods
- Vee's Victorians is not responsible for lost or any damage that may occur during shipment to the item(s) you are returning. We suggest that you use a return shipping method that issues tracking numbers, so that you can ensure that the item is safely returned to our Returns Depot.
- Vee's Victorians will not refund return shipping charges unless we made an error in order processing or shipping.
- All refunds will be credited to the Visa or MasterCard card originally used in the purchase or through Paypal. It generally takes about 3-4 weeks to process a domestic return (international orders may take longer).
